		<description>Like any tool, IM can be bad if used improperly.  Used well, it can be good for business.  We use IM to chat easily with contractors, I would not want to use another solution.

		<description>I agree on most parts, Tamara. But then, you can close all your IMs before starting your work or in the case of Skype change your mode to DND (do not disturb). That way you won&#039;t miss an &quot;important&quot; message.
