		<description>I have a friend and a relative who are both B.P. It&#039;s a real pain. 

I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s any help but if you treat thoughts and feelings as things semi-independent of you (like unruly pets), it might give a better perspective e.g.

You feel this or that way and realise a) that it will pass, as all material things will in time b) It could just be the ol&#039; neurochemicals or physiology (you&#039;re hungry and thus irritable), and not a true perception at all,  c) You can ignore them, or laugh or yawn at them, as you would any other nuisance. But don&#039;t give them any emotional energy e.g. &quot;Here it goes again, how dull (yawn)&quot;.</description>
