Well today was a long day. I woke up with an email saying they moved my sites to a new server Ok fine no problem so I thought. The sites were down all day. Then they finally came back and I lost alot of posts from blogs I have been going crazy trying to get those posts back I found some were already cashed with Google a huge surprise 
so I have been doing that the last hour lost a few posts along the lines a few of my original articles I thought were saved but I cant even find them on my computer, I guess that means Ill have to rewrite them.
I went to the Dr today I am sick they did a breathing treatment in hopes it helps me sleep tonight something I doubt seriously will help. and some cough syrup I go back Tuesday for a lab work an EKG and a chest X-Ray. So hopefully we will find out what is really going on with me soon.
Everything else is fine because I have been sick I have been resting a lot lately. I hope I can get back in the swing of things real soon this not being on top of things is driving me nuts. oh well I will make it through. So thats me and what has been going on here.
