Sometimes getting the kids involved is not always a good idea. They try to help in their own way but usually end up making more work.

I learned to enjoy every day of the week instead of wishing my days away for the weekend

I think I taught some people my answer above for question #1.

  5. Hi

    1. Did you learn anything exciting this week?

That trying to schedule your child’s summer holiday into 15 minutes slots so that you can fit in work, cleaning, playing with them etc etc is veeeeery stressful!

    2. Did you teach anyone anything this week?

Taught my son how to do borders on cells in Excel. He has now ‘drawn’, if you can call it that in Excel, 5 Power Rangers, a Megazord and a Morpher in little coloured squares!

    3. Share something that happened that made you smile.

My son telling me in secret that he turns the fan on in his bedroom when he goes to bed so that it will keep him awake! Go figure.

    4. How have you been doing with your New Years Resolutions?

Not too badly. Better than last week!

    Cheers Chloe

I like your blog. I feel comfortable visiting your site and reading your entries. For your #1 question, Yes, I’ve learned a lot of things. The most important one is “if you’re not happy with something anymore, let go!” For #2, the answer is no. Sadly, I learned a lot but I was not able to teach anyone anything. #3, what made me smile? Visiting this blog and writing this comment. For the 4th, I forgot what my New Year’s resolutions were.
