This is a small peeve of mine and often asked about it and why this is.
When people don’t wash their hands. Why is it you think your wiping is not full of germs, You then touch the door Yuck I don’t want your germs on my hands or on my food.
Also Why people get the little paper all straight for 10 minutes to go to the bathroom so they don’t get any germs Then either Don’t wash their hands Or they touch the door handle. Why does this bother me? Well because, You want your bottom to get no germs on them yet you let germs and yuckys get on your hands which in turn usually ends up in your mouth.
Personally People probably never think about it. You wash your hands the world is dandy then you touch the door. But stop a second and think of the people who Don’t wash their hands. Most businesses don’t sanitize the door handle they walk through every hour make sure everything is ‘clean’ and stocked then go on their way. So after washing your hands as we were taught singing happy birthday to our selves, get them as germ free as we can then touch the door to leave pretty much defeats the purpose of washing your hands in the first place aside your getting someone else’s yuckyness.
Why this bothers me well it makes people sick, It is just gross and beyond that I don’t know. I think its one of those things that just gives me hebbie jebbies. everyone goes on an on about protecting themselves from getting sick and usually this step is missed and I wanted to let others know who may not have thought about it.
