I have heard of that old saying, too. We mothers usually take care of our family before ourselves. I think we all deserve some pampering; and your list of inner soul pampering is really great! Taking a bubble bath surely tops my list, too!

You are so right about pampering your inner soul. I believe in prayer and meditation. I also love to sing. Now, I didn’t say I COULD sing but I love to sing. It makes my spirit happy
