Well I emailed Red Robin on Monday and didnt think much of it then on Tuesday afternoon I got a call from Heidi from Red Robin. She appoligied and said she would send us a gift card cool I was ok with that. Fast forward to Wed afternoon. I got a call from her again asking if I would be home and if she could drop off the gift card herself I said yes Ill be home and thats fine.
So she arrives at the door with a huge suprise she brought Red the mascot of Red Robin with her and Red was holding a huge bag with presents for Rebecca she got my little pony set, a dora coloring book a princess book and a etchasketch. She also got Cupcakes and we got a gift card. I was totally shocked. I will diffinatly go back to Red Robin again. They treated her like a princess she had the best time with Red and I am sure this birthday is a day she wont forget for a while.
I missed taking pics since I was shocked and didn’t think about it until later. oh well its a wonderful memory just the same. I guess sometimes it does payoff to state things that are wrong. On the flip side I do also let them know when thing go really well

Good to know that she brought wonderful gifts for you. But there should be some pics of these nice gifts So be careful next time.Don’t forget to take pics of such wonderful events.
