		<description>Great explanation of niche marketing.  I have one site which I didn&#039;t target well enough, and as a result, it has never been a very big success.  I think picking out a niche is probably more important than anything else you can do when starting a blog or site.

The best advice I got when I started my first website was &#039;really think about who your audience is, what they want to read or learn, and then write articles that give the nitty gritty details of your topic&#039;.  This is the best advice I have gotten in business. If you want to make yourself and your business indispensible, you have to find that &#039;hole&#039; in the marketplace and fill it!  Great post!</description>
