Some what goals but they aren't set in stone really. This way they are there to look at to help me stay on track at least headed in the right direction rather then floating. It did help last year even though for the summer I was lost LOL. As far as a community, Improving my blog community is one, I have a message board at Mommyland and I deciding if I should regroup and work on it more, start a ning community or can the whole thing there.
