YES, another week of calm house has past. Well there was whining and normal kid stuff however the issues of the past have slowed way down. So for me I call it a calm week. So how was your week?

What was the highlight of your week?

List 2 accomplishments this week Finished 3 books, Only spent 129 to feed the family for 2 weeks. I Love coupons and sales.
Did you over come something this week? If so share this with us. This week was a pretty calm one, I can’t think of anything major I over came, I did Drive in the weather and all went smoothly. I am also in the process of getting organized with The Easy Organizer
What is something that happened unexpectedly. I got a Nook Color, Totally suprized by DH yesterday when he got it for me.
What was the highlight of your week? Watching Alin win his wrestling match.

Well the first week of January is done, the kids have gone back to school and the routines have got back to normal. That is the one thing that drives me crazy about no school for a while routines are off and cabin fever is running around the house. Oh well things get back in the swing of things pretty quickly.

What is something you did this week that helped reach those? I just finished reading Cinch to help with the weight loss goal. Working on the review.
Name something that made you smile. When the kids got home on Monday full of chatter about their first day back at school
Did you learn something new? I learned to make French Bread, I have been making regular bread for a while, I quit buying bread and now just make it figuring that its healthier with out the extra stuff in there. Becky asked why I don’t make french bread so we made some together a little different from regular bread i was just as fun and came out supper yummy.

Happy Friday to you. It is great to see you stop by. I hope your Friday is going smoothly. Here we are getting closer to Halloween, still unsure what the kids want to be they keep changing their minds. Oh well they will figure it out soon enough. Things around here have been pretty calm and getting productive.

List two things you accomplished this week. Finishing some writing and figured out how to get through to my son.

Here we are the first day of October, now fall is really here in full swing. Life here is doing good. Enjoying the changing leaves.

Share one thing you were able to do that was a challenge. I was able to train Charlie to play fetch
Did you do anything out of the ordinary this week? This week was pretty normal nothing out of the ordinary that i can think of.
Were you able to work on your goals? Worked on blogs, cleaned the kitchen baseboards, improved the kids way of studying their spelling words.
List two things that brought a smile to your face. Things that brought a smile to my face were watching Becky figure out her math on her own, and when Brendan decided to clean the bathroom just because he thought it was dirty.

Its been fun getting back in the routine of school starting and the weather turning. Not that it ever really went summer its been cooler this year. It is going pretty smooth so far getting them awake, fed, dressed and out the door gets easier and easier every day. How are things going for you?

List 2 accomplishments this week Took care of me some got a hair cut and had some out of the house alone time. a new way to plan meals
Did you over come something this week? If so share this with us. Bed time battle with Jeffery, hopefully completely over came up but we will see.
What is something that happened unexpectedly. Lets see had a good day with Jeffery no bickering or anything when I took him to his appt even stopped for ice cream.
What was the highlight of your week? Having a blast with the kids at Chucky Cheese. It was nice to have a fun evening out like that.

Well Here we are Summer has arrived in Eastern Washington. Finally if you ask me. I really thought there for a while that the winter was just the new season up here.

Now that the school year come to a close we have lots of free time on our hands. I never really know what to do to keep everyone busy with the different age groups we have here. I am looking and doing what I can to keep them busy aside playing on the Wii and Nintendo DS.

What was something you did with your kids?

What is one thing you have done this week that has made your life easier? Worked on Menu plan, this has made it easier to create healtheir foods, eating out less and make it so I don’t have the ‘whats for dinner’ question at 5pm
Share something that made you smile? Something I smiled about was listening to Brendan and Rebecca discuss kissing.
Did you do anything to help you reach your goals? I jumped back in the ‘saddle’ and started working on blogs again.
What was something you did with your kids? I took the kids bowling. This is something we all love to do the little two are actually getting really good at it.
