Mommyfest Potluck
Ok Over at Mommyfest there are a few cool Contests. I am interested in a few So I am going to be entering a few so a few different type of posts over the next day or so. I hope you don’t mind. Actually this may be a fun way for you to get to meet some expand your blogging buddies.
With this its sharing a recipe that we have tried that we bring to potlucks that are hits.
Deviled Eggs
- 18 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/8 -1/4 cup Mustard (depending on taste)
Eazy Freezer Cooking Ideas
With the weather turning nicer and we are doing more and more activities, it seems to me that time gets shorter and shorter to prepare meals. On those evenings when I have a lot more time to cook some nights than others. When I do have extra time, I have what I like to call my easy freezer cooking ideas list, I try to cook an extra batch of food, stick it in the freezer and then just grab a meal that’s ready to be heated and served out of the freezer on the days when we’re really busy. Here’s a list of things I tend to either cook in batches, or cook while I’m working on that day’s regular dinner and then freeze for later.

Well it has been a busy weekend filled with a lot of laundry when I was down with my teeth and being sick the laundry got backed up in a huge way so I spend the weekend tackling the laundry room the babies room and the hallway. Which ended up with a ton of laundry so that was the weekend I have since started on the laundry that was down stairs and in my room. I am really getting tired of looking at the laundry room but I do know that if I don’t get caught up it wont get done so that is part of my tackle it Tuesday.
Mother’s Day is Coming Fast
Wow I just looked at the calender and Mother’s Day is only 24 days to be exact. This year is really going by fast. Now days mother’s day is not only celebrated in the United States but by many countries not all on the same day but it the thought that counts. Most of these probably celebrate different, well I think most families in the States celebrate it in their own way. Some families pamper mom where others they go to a nice lunch then back to the day as usual. There is not a right way or a wrong way to celebrate I think as long as you are able to connect with your children is the key.
Big Green Spring Clean #1
Over at Moms Talk Network we were discussing spring cleaning, And well I do a lot of decluttering and things all year long. So I thought why would I need to spring clean. Well I have been not doing to much lately so I figure its a good time to start.
I am joining Tiffany from Naturemoms.com who has started The Big Green Spring Clean. And its pretty simple just document what you have planned and what you have done. So That is the plan here
