Nadine If I don’t plan then its 5 and I sit wondering what should we have for dinner nothing is thawed lol. So it helps make sure they eat on time.
Katie Pasta (or Moms) Surprise is my version of Hamburger helper I guess it would be Fry up some hamburger with onions and garlic add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, diced veggies, Italian seasoning then mix it with cooked noodles (what ever we have on hand) put it in a casserole dish then top with cheese and bread crumbs bake at 350 until bubbling (usually about 10 minutes for us long enough to set the table and get drinks)
I dice broccoli, cauliflower and carrots small saute them a little a quick steam then add that to a lot of my dishes so I can make sure they are getting enough veggies since right now cooked veggies are not going over to well. But they will eat them mixed.
