Part of my Road Map I decided to get back in the mode of planning Dinners to save time, energy and money. So here it goes.

Thursday Eat Out (easier and faster then weekends)
Friday Baked Chicken, Rice and Steamed Veggies
Saturday Roast potatoes and Veggie
The Tuna Noodle Romanoff is a recipe that Audrey a member at Mommyland shared with us. I am Trying this one for the first time. I Love trying new recipes.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. In a bowl, mix the noodles, tuna, pimientos, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish. Mix together the bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
