Its Almost time for the 2009-2010 School Year

Thank you for coming back to visit, Have you signed up for my newsletter to receive business and blogging tips? the sign up box is on the right.

Here we are just a week before school starts. This year is bringing mixed feelings in the house,  Becky is starting, Jeffery is going to the high school.  Brendan and Alin seem to be ok with things aside having to go to bed early. Lots of craziness going to be happening over the next week. From the shopping for clothes and supplies to hair cuts and orientations at the schools. Then there is also the running back and forth between home and the high school for football practice. I know this week will fly by and which brings us even more closer to the first day of school.

I know each of them is academically ready for the new school year. We have been working with Becky on her ABCs and math. Brendan is been working on improving his reading and math skills. Jeff and Alin have been doing some reading so they should be prepared in those areas.

Now are mom and dad prepared for this, probably not they are growing up so fast It seems like yesterday they were little peeps totally dependent on us. Now its I can do this and that myself. One good thing is I can volunteer more at the school like I did when the boys were little. That is a bonus about having all of them at school.

Its hard to be nervous for them with out letting them know how you feel. To me sharing the excitement is more important especially for Becky since on one hand she is a little nervous about going to school, the other hand she can’t wait to get started.

Another bonus I just thought of I have more time to work from home and get things done here and for me. So maybe this is a good thing for everyone.

Thanks for stopping by
