Getting Healthy and Fit With Wii Fit Mommiis

Moms Who are Using the Wii Fit To get healthy and Fit Well As i mentioned before I wanted a Wii Fit and I got it.  Well On Twitter a group of moms who are using the Wii Fit have formed a site and community to help encourage each other. This is a great group of ladies who are really supportive. Some have the the Wii and the Wii Fit other have one but not the other.

    Betty I really think it does when used properly if that makes sense I have only been using it for three days, and I am sore I can feel the burn each time I use it. I admit openly I haven’t really worked out a whole lot in the last year or so because of time and with 4 kids I am always doing different things for and with them finding time to do things to take care of me it wasn’t on my list of priorities. I am doing the yoga and Strength training mainly I do a little of the aerobics and balance games but I’m not focusing on them.

    I have found there is a way to cheat on some of them watching my 5 year old do them but I don’t/won’t cheat I figure I would rather get a low score and do it right then do it wrong even if it means being sore lol.

    The game itself is motivating the trainer even if you do mess up she (or he if that is who you choose) encourages you to do your best and suggests what to work on, for instance my right leg is not as strong as my right and she told me we will focus on your right leg over the next few work outs.

    So Yea I think it will work Now If I can curb my sweet tooth and craving for olives with ranch Ill be good to go lol

    With four kids my dear, I’m sure you get plenty of exercise. :) I don’t know where you find the energy to work out.

    I’m so going to have to try this, this would be great for my son too. He loves gaming and this would be good to get up and moving. Thanks for tips, I’m going to look into getting one. :)
