		<description>Come see my Wii Fit calendar of how much I&#039;ve worked this month.  When I started, my jeans were tight &amp; now I have to wear a belt with them.  It really doesn&#039;t take much!

I usually do 30 mins a day.

		<description>Yea my cold is gone for the most part however the migraine is lingering longer then normal. I think it may have something to do with the pollutants in the air around here. With the low clouds they can&#039;t go anywhere but stick around. Its suppose to be windy today to knock the clouds out which should help with that.
