Your first sentence was brilliant! So many people will lay blame on everyone else or everything else but themselves. You MUST decide that you are going to make this successful. It can be very challenging but the rewards (and I just don’t mean financial) can be outstanding.

I am amazed with this post. You wrote this beautiful and simple. People usually acquire the skills, time management, because they know that they must learn, but the problem is mainly in the bed organization. Of the organization is definitely must work for all people to think to know it.
